The majority of our investing takes place within a 50 mile radius of our home office; however, we can and will consider investment opportunities in other markets if the subject property is a multi-family residence over 5 units, mobile home park over 50 pads, or whole-portfolio sale.

Passed by the US Congress in 2010, Dodd-Frank established new consumer protection regulations on sellers who wish to provide financing to consumer buyers. Because InvestMyHouse, LLC is not a consumer-buyer these restrictions do not apply when you sell to us. Less jumping through hoops makes for a faster/less costly sale.
